“Normally, I would be thinking of calling a GPC meeting at this time of year but, unless any of you think otherwise, there seems to be little point.

I have already broached the subject with the Prov Secretary regarding Norman doing a third term which, as several of you will know, is not easily achieved.

However, several lodges in the Province have the same dilemma, therefore UGLE will need to come up with a solution if we are not able to meet in early spring.”
