Sunflowers Childcare Pre-School
Sunflowers Childcare Pre-School provides a home from home learning environment for all children aged between 2 to 12-years-old, the pre-school and after-school club is highly-regarded throughout the Boxford and Sudbury area.

Riding for the Disabled Association
At Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), the horses benefit the lives of over 25,000 disabled children and adults.

Boxford Village Hall
The Lodge’s present home is Boxford village hall. The Lodge has supported the hall with donations towards various renovations and improvements over the years.

Grassroots
Grassroots, a registered charity which has been operating since 1991, specialises in making small grants to voluntary and community organisations involved in social welfare in North East Essex.
During the last financial year their small grants programme awarded £13,915 to 38 local causes. An estimated 500 people will benefit due to these awards – a relatively small amount of money to make a major impact in Colchester and Tendring.

The Brain Tumour Charity
Is dedicated to accelerating a cure and making a life-changing difference for every single person affected by a brain tumour.

Ferriers Barn Day Centre
Ferriers Barn is located on the outskirts of Bures and has been running since 1974 as a day centre for people with disabilities. The Barn has developed as an arts and crafts centre where the Members (that is, those who attend) are taught and their families and carers are provided with essential respite.

Tom Bowdidge Foundation
The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation is a Charitable Foundation founded on 28th February 2014 in memory of Tom Bowdidge. Tom died of a desmoplastic small round cell tumour and extensive peritoneal disease in October 2013 at the age of 19.

The Robin Cancer Trust
Our mission is to stop young adults dying from germ cell cancer – we do this through raising awareness with our life-saving cancer campaigns, engaging young adults with our digital education programmes & empowering the germ cell cancer community across the UK through our community.

The Masonic Fishing Charity
“The Masonic Fishing Charity’s aim is to bring an interactive fishing and countryside experience to people with special needs”.
It achieves this by running fishing events, both coarse and fly, at various fisheries and inviting participants from special needs schools and centres and people who have suffered trauma to come and join in.
The Suffolk Branch is headed by W. Bro Jon Neill and members of Court Knoll Lodge. Recent events have been held annually at Hintlesham fly fishing club.

Holidays for Heroes
Is a Jersey-based charity whose aim is to provide a week’s holiday on the beautiful island of Jersey, to any past or present member of HM Forces with injuries, in mind or body, attributable to their service.
